1:1 Service Navigation Support (guidance on social support services): $100 per hour
Advocacy Support Package (3 sessions and personalized resource guide): $450
Document/Letter Review (review and edit appeal letters, applications, etc.): $150
Consulting and Training
Hourly Consulting (strategy sessions, accessibility audits, inclusive program design): $125 per hour
1/2 Day (up to 4 hours of consulting and summary report): $600
Full Day Consultation (up to 8 hours including prep, meetings, and deliverables): $1,200
Custom Projects (toolkits, communications audits, etc.): Starts at $3,000 per project
Strategic Communications
Blog Writing/Editing (lived experience, advocacy, accessibility topics): $300-$800 per article
Communications Strategy (messaging audit, inclusive campaign planning): Starts at $1,500 per project
Monthly Retainer (ongoing content and strategic support): Starts at $2,000 per month
Sliding Scale Policy
We believe that cost should not be a barrier to access. We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots per month based on need and circumstances. Sliding scale rates are available to individuals with disabilities who have limited income, students, caregivers, and grassroots and disability-led organizations.
