Meet Our Team
Meredith is Beyond The Box Advocacy’s Policy and Field Outreach Coordinator. She is a dedicated and seasoned disability advocate, whose work focuses on accessibility, inclusion, and reimagining systems of support for individuals with disabilities. Meredith also speaks on disability advocacy, developmental experiences, neurodiversity, and the intersection of lived experience and systemic change.
Drawing on a lifetime of personal and professional involvement in the disability community, Meredith brings a deeply informed perspective to her work. She has over fifteen years of experience working with children across a wide range of ages, developmental stages, and settings, along with professional experience in client-facing environments.
Her early experiences navigating complex educational and medical systems, including participation in extensive compounds of rehabilitation therapies, reliance on individualized educational supports and healthcare systems to meet her complex medical needs, have shaped her understanding of both the barriers and possibilities within disability infrastructure.
Meredith continues to contribute to conversations at the intersection of disability, development, and systems change. Her work has been recognized across disability advocacy, child development, healthcare, and public speaking spaces.
Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Art with a minor in Psychology from the University of Denver.
