  • Hourly Consulting (strategy sessions, accessibility audits, inclusive program design): $125/hour, sliding scale available upon request

  • Half-Day (up to 4 hours of consulting and summary report): $600

  • Full-Day Consultation (up to 8 hours including prep, meetings, and deliverables): $1,200

  • Custom Projects (toolkits, communications audits, etc.): Starts at $3,000/project

Speaking and Workshops

  • Virtual Panel or Guest Speaker (20-45 minutes with Q&A): $500

  • Virtual Workshop or Training (60-90 minutes, includes prep + materials): $1,000-$1,500

  • In-Person Keynote or Workshop (half- or full-day events): $2,000-$5,000 + travel

  • Educational Series (multi-part trainings for staff/organizations): Custom Quote

Individual Advocacy and Systems Navigation – California only

  • 1:1 Navigation Support (guidance on social support services): $100/hour

  • Advocacy Support Package (3 sessions and personalized resource guide): $450

  • Document/Letter Review (review and edit appeal letters, applications, etc.): $150 flat

Communications and Content

  • Editing/Blog Writing (lived experience, advocacy, accessibility topics): $300-$800/article

  • Communications Strategy (messaging audit, inclusive campaign planning): Starts at $1,500/project

  • Monthly Retainer (ongoing content and strategic support): Starts at $2,000/month

Sliding Scale Policy

We believe that cost should not be a barrier to access. We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots per month based on need and circumstances. Sliding scale rates are available to individuals with disabilities who have limited income, students, caregivers, and grassroots and disability-led organizations. Operating out of Los Angeles, California, Lilly’s service rates also reflect geographic context.
